The whole operation is one person and an AI operating system, run like a company — specs, engineering skills, an agent team, and a build harness that turns a conversation into a shippable structure. The constraint is deliberate: there's no team to coordinate, so the leverage has to come from tooling and taste.
Production-first is the default, not the aspiration. Zero data loss, security by default, test-driven — the same non-negotiables on every build, enforced by the same open-source scaffold rather than by memory.
grovv-stack is the open-source foundation under everything — drop it into any repo, talk to an agent, and get a production-first project scaffolded end to end. It installs as a Claude Code plugin, or as a scaffold file for any agent.
On top of it sits the shelf: 6 shipping across 9live domains, tracked in a single ecosystem registry that also feeds the numbers on this site. New builds get scaffolded the same way; existing ones get adopted without overwriting what works.
